Henry Fisher Distillery specialises in premium small-batch spirits, crafted using the freshest Australian ingredients.

Located on Maude Street in Encounter Bay, right on the doorstep of the Great Southern Ocean, Henry Fisher was founded in late 2020 by Lachlan Henry Fisher Rochfort with the goal of creating a world-class range of spirits.

In just a few short years, Lachlan has developed a range of exceptional offerings, including Citrus, Dry, and Shiraz Gins, a Vodka, a Spiced Rum-style spirit, and most recently, Single Malt Whisky.
